Designed a new reporting and analytics capability, including research and producing interaction and visual designs and prototyping, enabling enterprise customers to have greater oversight over their employee and visitor security, health and safety.

I worked on various projects, including leading a small design team to redesign the call center application to improve metrics such as the decrease in customer call volume and wait times, reduce agent training time, and enable call center agents to be successful when helping Telus customers. The work included organizing workshops, user research, and producing a vision and roadmap, as well as creating interaction and visual designs and prototypes.
